Creating the Studio of The Future

 

I currently have the privilege of leading the program management framework for Adobe’s high-profile, high-priority Creative Technology Team, focused on GenAI. I designed and implemented an Agile environment for this new team of designers, copywriters, and creative technologists from the ground up, enabling it to operate as an engine for impactful GenAI pilots, beta testing, new feature validation, and internal consulting. Most projects included detailed documentation and reports, providing Studio and company leadership — including the CEO — with clear insights to improve new products for enterprise-level creative teams.

We applied these new learnings by creating engaging training sessions for the entire Studio team, ensuring a continuous cycle of integration of new technologies and optomized workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency.

 

Automation at Scale for Black Friday 2024

Our team brought departments from across Adobe together from performance media to product to optimize and run a brand new automation tool for Adobe’s flagship campaign of the year, Black Friday 2024.

This powerful new tool was announced at Adobe’s enterprise-focused spring event Summit, but it had never been used for a public-facing campaign until this fall. In the end, we successfully created 15,000 metadata-rich Black Friday static assets for 4 campaigns and localized for 28 languages and 76 locales,
