WANDERLUST

I was the lead F&B Permitting Coordinator for the Wanderlust 108 Triathalon series and the multi day Tremblant festival for 2017. I worked with the F&B Operations Director to manage the permitting for 14 cities across the United States and Canada.

Each city has different requirements and protocols for granting permits, and it was my job to research what each city/county required, log deadlines, request/collect f&b sponsor permitting paperwork, coordinate with the Wanderlust on-site lead to make sure any required equipment for the permit was ordered, and gett all final permits to the event Producer.
