I was brought in to be the Production Manager for the 2018 Developers Week Convention by ImagineX Productions. I interfaced directly with vendors to make sure deliveries were on time and the build out was inline with the production schedule.
I reported directly to the Production Director and helped relay client expectations to the production staff. I also managed the set-up of the VIP party, maintained the guest list, and made sure decor was set and that the catering staff were set and ready before we opened doors.
