Elevate + Flow Vol. 3

I was brought on by Geyser Peak Ranch, to be a Producer for their 3rd volume of Elevate + Flow, a boutique wellness event that marries the yoga, cannabis, and luxury into an exquisitely programmed day. The event is June, 1st 2019 .

I was pulled into the project to build a logistical plan to help the event grow to support 25% more attendees while also keeping the bespoke feel alive and thriving. With that, I developed a plan to make the guest experience even more organic and to bring on larger sponsors.

The journey for guests begins with us bringing our guests in SF and Sonoma to the ranch by private coach. At the end of the journey they find themselves perched upon 1,200 acres of pristine Sonoma landscape, where they receive an introductory education to cannabis, followed by Susan Hauser, of Now Power Yoga in Marin, signature 60-minute power vinyasa flow.

Guests are then invited to an exquisitely prepared lunch and is served overlooking the stunning Alexander Valley.

In the early afternoon, guests will move into a gentle 60-minute flow to down-tempo beats for a restorative effect on the mind, body and spirit.
