LIGHTENING IN A BOTTLE

Lightening in the Bottle rebuilt their food program in 2018 to be scalable, more profitable, and smoother running. I was brought on as a Vendor Coordinator to actualize the new systems.

I was responsible for a large pop up food vendor area near one of the main stages. I made sure all shared rentals among the 11 vendors were placed in the correct location, configured the load in of the vendors so all back of house equipment and vehicles were placed in an orderly/compact fashion, and addressed all power/water issues with the correct departments during the run of the show. I also was also the intermediary for fire and food safety inspectors and food vendors.

Most of the food at the festival is vegetarian and all of it is very high quality so working with each vendor required a different plan.
